A boutique team of five at Bay Street KerrLand Realty., Brokerage, working out of two offices — Oakville in Halton and Markham in York Region.

Between us we cover Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Burlington, Milton, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan and Richmond Hill. Every conversation starts with what you are planning; the advice follows, in plain words, with the costs and the trade-offs stated before they happen.
