Using this site
You may use this site to look for property, to use the calculators and guides, and to contact us. Use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, harvest or bulk-download listing information, republish it, resell it, or use it to build or train another product or dataset. You may not attempt to reach parts of the site that are not public, or interfere with its operation.
Listing information
Listing information on this site is provided under licence from the real estate board and remains the property of its rights holders. It is displayed for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in. Listing information is refreshed on a schedule and may not reflect the current status of a property. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the board, by us, or by the listing brokerage. Verify anything you intend to rely on. Properties whose sellers have not consented to internet display are not shown. Where a seller has asked that the address not be published, only the general location appears. MLS®, REALTOR®, and the associated logos are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association, identifying real estate professionals who are members of CREA and the quality of services they provide.
Estimates, calculators and market analyses
The mortgage and land transfer tax calculators give estimates for planning. They are not approvals, quotes, or tax advice, and your lender's or lawyer's figures govern. A comparative market analysis prepared for you is a professional opinion of value based on comparable properties. It is not an appraisal, and it is not a guarantee of the price a property will achieve. Market statistics on this site are derived from listing data and describe the past. They do not predict future prices.
